Mr Crapet has 200 pigs raised in the traditional way: outdoors, fattened with straw and fed on cereal.
The farmer has his own meat-cutting equipment and controls all of the stages in the meat production cycle, from the beginning of the pig's life to consumption, when the meat arrives in your plate. Every phase is scrupulously monitored in accordance with very strict specifications enacted by the Association of Pig Farmers and Butchers of which he is a member.
Mr Crapet sells whole pigs, sides of pig cut in boxes of 10, 7 or 6 kg, retail pork sales and terrine.
